• Remote or less-accessible areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

• On exchange or re-forwarding, delivery charges will be applicable and borne by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas across Pakistan.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

• Brandz Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
